Orders will be delivered after payment. We will endeavor to deliver to a preferred delivery address, however, goods will require a signature upon receipt. Shipping time indications are mentioned on the product pages.
Items in stock have a delivery time of 5-7 working days.
Items that are in stock are generally dispatched within 48 hours of completion of the order and payment process.
Send us an email with the return form within 14 days of receiving the order. Send the products back to us within 14 days in perfect, unused and saleable condition, complete with wrapping, with your order number and order date as reference. We will give you a full refund or exchange. This will be processed within 10 working days.
Postage costs and return postage cannot be refunded.
We recommend that you return goods via a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit. When we have received your return, your refund/exchange will be arranged.
Damage & returns
Upon receipt of the goods please check the packaging for any obvious signs of damage and report this on the delivery note. We advise when receiving damaged packaging, to not accept this from the carrier.
If received, please make pictures of the damaged parcel before you open it. Otherwise, we are not able to claim an amount from the shipper for the damaged goods. Next, check the content for damage. Please email pictures of the package and the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org
Should upon unpacking the goods any previously undetected damage be found please contact us. All damages must be reported within 7 days together with evident pictures.
This can be notified by post or email to us. We will contact you within 48 hours after receiving your report.
Cancelling an order is possible only when you contact us within 24h by phone or by email at email@example.com
Then we will confirm this cancellation to you by email. After 24 hours it is not possible to alternate or change orders. With On Demand items (tailored dimensions, custom colours other than our standard collection) we are obligated to charge 100% of the amount of the invoice after the 24hours.
Refunds are transferred within 14 days after cancellation.
